This Payment Policy outlines the terms related to all financial transactions made through the Namma Cart mobile and web application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and managed by Namma Cart (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By placing an order or making a payment through the Application, you agree to this Payment Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options for customer convenience:
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
Debit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets (if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select orders and locations
All digital payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.
2. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
All payments must be authorized and confirmed at the time of placing the order.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery is selected.
For COD orders, the total order amount must be paid in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
3. Minimum Order Value & Delivery Charges
The minimum delivery charge is ₹50 for orders below ₹15,000.
Free delivery is available for orders with a total value above ₹15,000.
Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
4. Payment Security
We do not store your full payment information (such as full card numbers or CVV codes). All transactions are securely encrypted and processed by certified payment gateways.
We take your data security seriously and comply with all applicable data protection laws and standards.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or unsuccessful:
Your order will not be confirmed
You will receive a notification to retry the transaction or choose an alternative method
In case of a deduction without order confirmation, the amount (if deducted) will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. Please contact support if the refund is delayed.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, your payment will be refunded in full.
If a refund is due (due to product unavailability, delivery failure, or returns), it will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days
Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
COD orders: Refunds will be made to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS after verification

7. Pricing Policy
All product prices listed in the app are inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional pricing and discounts may be limited-time offers.
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but we reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD is available only for select pin codes and order amounts.
A valid mobile number and full address must be provided for verification.
Repeated non-payment or refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.
We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts showing misuse or fraud attempts.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding payment, refunds, or billing, please contact our support team immediately with:
Order ID
Payment reference number
Transaction date and method
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, typically within 3–5 business days.
