This Shipping Policy governs all deliveries made through the Namma Cart mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and managed by Namma Cart (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

We aim to provide a reliable, transparent, and smooth delivery experience for all customers using our app.

📍 1. Areas We Serve

Currently, we offer delivery services to select localities and pin codes within our operational zones.
To check if your address is serviceable, please enter your delivery pin code during checkout.

If your location is not currently serviceable:

You will be notified at checkout

You will not be charged, or if paid already, a full refund will be issued

We are continuously expanding our service areas to reach more customers in the future.

🕒 2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders placed on working days (Monday to Saturday) are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery is generally completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability, destination, and courier capacity.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

You will receive order status updates through:

In-app notifications

SMS and/or email (if applicable)

💰 3. Shipping Charges

Our delivery fee structure is as follows:

Minimum Delivery Fee: ₹50 per order (applies to orders below ₹15,000)

Free Delivery: For all orders with a total value above ₹15,000

The applicable shipping charge will be clearly mentioned during checkout before confirming payment.

There are no hidden delivery charges. The final amount shown at checkout includes all applicable charges.

📦 4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed:

You will receive a confirmation notification with an order number.

You can track the status of your order via the “My Orders” section of the app.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the order to your registered address.

Please ensure:

Your contact number is reachable

Your delivery address is complete and accurate

🔄 5. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If our delivery agent is unable to complete the delivery due to:

Unreachable phone number

Customer not available

Incorrect/incomplete address

Then:

A second and final delivery attempt will be made within the next 1–2 business days.

If the second attempt also fails, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Rescheduling may be available upon request, and may involve additional delivery charges.

We recommend keeping your phone switched on and being available during the estimated delivery time.

🔁 6. Delays, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Although we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

Natural calamities

Political unrest or strikes

Weather disruptions

Supply chain/logistics issues

In such events:

You will be informed through the app or SMS

You can contact support to reschedule or cancel the order (as applicable)

We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such circumstances.

📦 7. Special Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at security, hand over to a neighbour), you may include them at the time of placing your order in the “Delivery Notes” section.

We will do our best to accommodate your instructions, though they cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

🔄 8. Change of Address

Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

To modify the delivery location:

Cancel the existing order before dispatch (if allowed)

Place a new order with the correct address

🛡️ 9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or wrong order:

Report it within 24 hours of delivery via email or in-app support

Include a photo/video (if applicable)

We will investigate and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund based on our return policy

📅 10. Delivery Days & Timings

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

No deliveries are made on public holidays unless specifically mentioned.

We do not guarantee specific delivery time slots but will attempt delivery at the earliest based on your location and delivery route.
