These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application and web as Namma Cart ("Application") and the services provided by Namma Cart ("we", "us", or "Service Provider"). By accessing, installing, registering, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Application.
1. Introduction
Namma Cart is a mobile application that allows users to browse, place orders, and receive delivery of goods or services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user (“you”) and the Service Provider.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your region to use this Application.
2. User Account & Registration
Registration may be required to access some features.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or commercial use, as permitted.
You shall not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Modify or create derivative works based on the Application
Use the Application for unlawful or fraudulent activities
Copy, rent, lease, or distribute any part of the Application
Access our services or systems using automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers)
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interest in the Application, including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, are the sole property of Namma Cart or its licensors.
Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Products, Orders & Pricing
All products listed are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately but do not guarantee exactness (e.g., color, size, packaging may vary).
6. Payment & Billing
Payments must be made at the time of placing an order (unless COD is enabled).
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
We may use third-party payment processors; their terms will also apply.
Failed or fraudulent payments may lead to cancellation or suspension of your account.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout.
Minimum delivery charge is â‚ą50; free delivery on orders above â‚ą15,000.
We are not responsible for delays due to third-party logistics, force majeure, or incorrect addresses.
Delivery shall be considered complete when goods are delivered to the given address.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Return eligibility depends on product type and must be requested within the defined return window.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled by you before dispatch; we reserve the right to reject cancellations after dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse return or refund requests in case of misuse.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse the Application or attempt to interfere with its functionality
Post harmful, illegal, or misleading content or reviews

The Application may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services). You agree that we are not responsible for:

The content, functionality, or reliability of such services

11. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law or legal obligation
Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application will end immediately
You must delete the Application from your device
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

Any loss of data, profits, or business interruption
Delivery delays, technical issues, or app malfunction
Any content, service, or item provided by third parties
13. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The app will be error-free or secure
Information in the app is complete, accurate, or up to date
Service will be uninterrupted or timely
Use of the Application is at your own risk.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namma Cart and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Application
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, e.g., Bangalore], India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
